1. Concussionology® will grant a refund for cancellations made two or more weeks prior to the start of the program minus a $150 cancellation fee. This excludes prepayment bundles. For cancellations made within two weeks prior to the start of the course, there is no monetary refund but instead you can save that class credit on file for future use for a module of your choosing.
There is no refund or credit hold if you withdraw 7 days of the course.
2. Partial refunds will not be granted for partial attendance. No exceptions.
3. Please note that all pre-payment registrations are non-refundable.
4. No video or audio recording is permitted.
5. Any persons found to be selling or profiting in any way from the sale of notes, audio or video recordings of Concussionology® lectures, without written permission from the instructors and/or Concussionology®, will be dismissed from the program and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
6. Concussionology® reserves all rights of admission.
7. Every attempt is made to offer this program as announced. Concussionology® reserves the right, to adjust the location, dates, times and tuition to accommodate unanticipated occurrences. If there is insufficient registration the program will be rescheduled, relocated to a different city or cancelled.
8. Concussionology® is not responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants due to program adjustments or cancellations.
